The successful relationship with our trades and suppliers has directly contributed to another successful growth year for Morrison Homes. In the last 12 months, we have seen a record breaking 437 new Morrison Homeowners moving into their homes in the past year. As we look toward our goals for 2006, we have once again taken on the task of performing an evaluation of our current trades and suppliers and identifying what, if any, opportunities we have to improve these relationships.

These report cards are intended to provide you with a general performance evaluation from selected staff, throughout different departments of Morrison Homes. These individuals evaluated your company with a numerical rating from 1 to 10 (10 being the best) and provided a short comment based on this grade. This year’s evaluation resulted in the average rating for over 130 of our trades and suppliers to be a remarkable 8.2 out of 10!
